What data this website collects

This website has no forms, requires no registration and uses no analytics or advertising. You do not need to give any personal data to browse it.

Like any web server, the one hosting this site automatically and temporarily logs technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser) for its operation and security. These logs are not used to identify anyone and are not shared with third parties. The hosting provider acts as data processor.

If you write to us or call us

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we will use the data you give us (name, phone number, email and the details of your event) only to answer your enquiry and prepare your quote. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, if you hire us, the business relationship.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group). If you write to us through it, your messages also pass through its servers and are governed by its own privacy policy. If you prefer, you can call us or send us an email.

We will keep your data for as long as needed to serve you and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, tax regulations). It is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing and its portability, by writing to digipalma@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
